Remember when I said I was popular? Well I’ve been adopted. Mommy found such a great home for me. My new family consists of not only a Dad & Mom but also 2 human sisters and 2 fur Basenji brothers. When Mommy visited their home she was so impressed with my new sisters. The oldest one had been doing research on my breed and shared what she discovered. Considering she’s only 10 you gotta say that’s special. My younger sister is also very gentle with my fur brothers so that helped Mommy make her decision. They also said they had prayed that I got a great home even if they weren’t chosen. They are special people and I plan on being the best girl ever. Thank you everyone for taking such an interest in me. I promise to send updates if you want to know how I’m doing.
I have got the best news. A very nice lady messaged Mommy and wanted more information about me. They talked on the phone for a while and came to visit later that day. They brought their daughter with them and we hit it off instantly. She discovered I love my tummy rubbed and naturally I let her do it. After a very nice visit they asked if they could adopt me and both Daddy & Mommy said yes. I have a new fur sister also that looks a lot like me. My new Dad works from home and my new Mom has the summers off. I’m so excited they found me and I just know it’s my forever home. Thank you very much for sharing our posts. That’s how my new family found me because they had never heard of Muttley Farms.
That sure didn’t take long. This wonderful lady is my new Mom and she came to pick me up. She and my new Dad adopted 2 dogs a while back so my Muttley Farms parents know this is a great home. I played coy when she first arrived because I’m not real big on change. I know this is a forever home and there’s plenty of love coming my way. I’ll miss my Muttley Farms family but my new family is forever. My sister Daphne is doing great in Illinois so we both have happy endings. I especially feel bad leaving Mandi behind because we’ve become great friends and nobody wants her yet. Please continue to share us all so that everyone has a happy ending.
Well tomorrow is my big day. All my paperwork is done including my health certificate. Plus Mommy got me a new collar, leash & harness that match. I’ll be stylin’ for my journey tomorrow morning. I’ve been getting plenty of attention and I think I understand everything in my future. I’m just curious if my previous humans ever think about Piper and I and if we’re okay. Mommy said they are a real piece of work and not to waste my time on people like that. She’s probably right because there’s nothing scary about my new life and I certainly know I’m loved. I’ll miss my sister Piper but Mommy says she’s such a cutie it won’t take long to find her perfect forever family. Wish me luck in my new home and I’ll try to send an update if I get time.
Muttley Farms is the only home I’ve ever know since I was still nursing my Mom Angel when I arrived. Some really nice people have been talking to Mommy and they came to visit. They have 2 children and I just loved them. It took me a little bit to trust them but they were so gentle with me. They decided I was the perfect pet to add to their family and I couldn’t be happier. Just look at the smiles on everyone’s faces. My Mom Angel left yesterday and I was confused where she went but then these nice people showed up so I too have my own forever family. So many miracles happen at Muttley Farms and we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you everyone for always sharing our stories. So many happy endings because of wonderful people like you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I know I speak for my siblings also.
It’s finally happened for me! After almost 5 years someone came to adopt me. She’s a very nice lady and is very gentle with me. She knows the only home I’ve known is Muttley Farms so she knows I’m going to need some time to adjust. Even my daughter Kinzie liked her but my new Mom already has another dog so adopting us both was never an option. I’m very excited about having my own family now and I’m sure there’s one out there for Kinzie also. Please be happy for me because I’ve waited a long time for this. I plan on staying in touch and I’m counting on you to help spread the word on Kinzie as well as all the others at Muttley Farms.
I am the luckiest guy in the world. I’m in Chicago and this is my new family. There are times I just can’t believe this is my life. I never knew a dog could be this loved and happy but trust me, I am!
Bet you can’t guess where I am. I’m super pumped right now because I’m on an adventure. Mommy has been super busy trying to get everything done. I’m in Ohio now where I’m going to be trained as a therapy dog. She thinks this is the perfect fit for me because I’ve got all the right skills. I’m really going to miss Muttley Farms but I’ve got so many good memories. All my friends will always hold a special place in my heart but I also enjoy making new ones. Mommy took me to get a health certificate so I could travel and naturally we stopped for a burger. I hope my new family knows how much I enjoy those but Mommy wrote up a little biography about me so everyone will have a head start. I also want you to know I’ve gained 20 pounds since I arrived in October. I’m still just a puppy so I bet you’re curious how big I’ll get aren’t you? I hope you’ll think of me often because I’ll sure think of all of you. Thank you for always sharing our stories because you’ve helped Muttley Farms more than you know.
Would you like to hear about my last 10 days? I got a new hairdo, new dresses and now a new furever Mom. She saw my photo and just knew I had to be her new baby. She dropped everything she was doing just to come and meet me at Muttley Farms. Daddy and Mommy were both so impressed at our instant connection the rest is history. I’ll have fur siblings also and never be crated. You’ll notice Teagan had to get in on the action too! Thank you so much to everyone that shared my story. I appreciate you more than words can express. Please don’t forget to continue sharing my sister Sadie. She still needs help but I’ve seen first hand what miracles are like. Once she has her miracle my life will be perfect.
Who got adopted? Me! Can you believe it. I barely made it to Muttley Farms and my forever family came along. Mommy was so impressed with their knowledge of my breed and all they have to offer me. I’ll never be crated and there will be an endless supply of love and attention. I even have a Weimaraner sister. Seems I was very popular but Mommy just kept saying no until the perfect family was found. If you ever think you want to adopt you should check them out. They’re picky but from a dogs point of view we like that. Most of us have already been through way to much so the screening process is very important. You can never be to careful right?
