Most of you know this has been a rough year for us since our Mom passed away and we ended up in a shelter. We are so grateful that someone cared enough to contact Muttley Farms. No other rescues would take us but they made room for us to save our lives. The biggest surprise of all is that Mommy found us the perfect home. We have our own Dad & Mom now and they could care less about our age. We live in a beautiful home and there's no shortage of love and attention. Our new family is special in so many ways and their love and commitment to us is overwhelming. They’ve promised to always love and care for us and if anything changes we will go back to Muttley Farms. There will be no more shelters in our future. So you see we have so much to be thankful for. Thank you everyone for all the kind words and thoughts. We wouldn’t have made it without you.
I’m also on my way to New York with Shelly. We think it’s kind of funny because Teagan thought she was going to be discovered and be on Broadway and here we are going to New York. The weather is different there I’m told so this should be exciting. Wish us luck on our next journey in life. Good bye Texas hello New York.
I’m on my way to New York. Can you believe it? Muttley Farms tried so hard to find the right family in Texas but it wasn’t meant to be. Now I’ve got to loose my Texas drawl and learn the New York accent. I’m going to miss my Muttley Farms family but I’m super excited to meet my new one. So long Texas. It’s been fun.
No more sorry Charlie for me. No, sir. I've been adopted. Some of my siblings are asking me my secret. You see I've only been at Muttley Farms for 12 days and I've been adopted by this nice lady. She came to visit and we had a nice chat. I've grown very close to Mommy but she explained this new lady, that I now call Mom can offer me things she feels I deserve. I'll have a fur sister, a doggie door and everything. She also comes home for lunch each day to check on us and we all like to play fetch. I got to bring a bag full of my favorite toys so I think this will work out great. Mommy told me she and Daddy were thinking of keeping me but they felt it was selfish. They want only the best for all of us and when a great home like this comes along they just couldn't deny me this opportunity. I sure hope you'll visit Muttley Farms because Dempsey, Roadie, Angel and Kinzie really want a home of their own too. And they've been there a really long time. So since you don't have to share my story anymore maybe you can spread the word about them. Will you help?
That's right I have a new name plus my own family. My new human sisters name is Izzie and she is the sweetest person I've ever met. As soon as we met I was placed in her lap and that's where I stayed. She just kept petting me and rubbing my ears. It felt like heaven to have someone be so kind and gentle to me. We've made a promise to each another and that's to always take care of one another. I already love her more than words can express and I think she feels the same way. Talk about going from rags to riches.......
My wish came true! This nice lady has been visiting me for over 6 months because she just couldn't get me off her mind. I simply adore her. Well I did a sleepover last Saturday night and she and her husband decided I need to be a part of their family. I'm super excited because every time she visited I knew she came just to visit me even though she gave the others attention too. Mommy told her how I like to play the under cover game at night so my new Mom played it also. I've got big plans for lots of cuddle time and daily walks. There sure have been a lot of happy endings at Muttley Farms hasn't there? Why don't you plan on visiting to see if your special fur baby is there just like me? What could it hurt plus it's a lot of fun just playing with everyone.
I have a new home! Divorce isn't easy for anyone especially me. It was very emotional but in the end I've got a new Mom. She recently lost her fur baby that she adopted from Muttley Farms to congestive heart failure. She's been very sad and lonely and I'm going to make it my job to see her happy again. You can see I've already brought a smile to her pretty face. It was sad to leave my first Mom but I understand why this needed to be done. At least she loved me enough to not dump me in a shelter but called Muttley Farms instead. My new Mom knows exactly what my life has been like so she and I will work together to heal since we've both lost a family member. I'll keep you updated but I want to personally thank everyone for sharing my story. That's the reason I have my new home.
I had unexpected visitors. My Daddy and Mommy from Muttley Farms in Texas came to visit me. I recognized Daddy right away but it took me a minute to figure out who Mommy was. Daddy and I used to do everything together because I lived with them for about 5 years before my family was found. They believe in waiting until the perfect family comes along. Let me tell you one thing though. My new Dad and Mom were worth the wait. They are the best parents ever and I know I'm lucky they chose me. I never thought I'd live in Minnesota but I'm glad I do. You can see by my photos I'm very loved!
Notice anything familiar? One happy boy is what I am. I want to introduce you to two of the nicest and most compassionate guys I know. These are the same wonderful people that adopted my siblings Wilson, Emma and Lucy last Tuesday. I've been very sad without my friends but those days are over. Daddy and Mommy took me last night to join their family. The four of us are going to live together forever. Have you ever heard such great news? I've been sleeping with Daddy and Mommy at night to help fill the void. It helped some but my new home is just what I wanted and needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your prayers, kind words and sharing our posts.
We're famous! We made Muttley Farms history because the 3 of us were adopted to these great guys. The reason we made history is because 3 of us have never gone at the same time even though some people have adopted several of us. The difference is just not on the same day. It was obvious they loved dogs as soon as they arrived because they brought treats for even the big dogs. Once they came into the house they went directly to our area and plopped down on the floor. We played and got acquainted and showed them our toys. Our new Dads are such special people because they asked if they could adopt 3. Of course given how much we all loved them the answer was yes. We've waited a long time for this day and we can't thank everyone enough for always sharing our posts. I'm sure you'll be hearing more from us because we overheard they celebrate our birthdays. How cool is that right?
